lead artist: v&a designlab nation 2023. working with blackpool secondary schools, showtown museum and blackpool illuminations to explore sustainable lighting design.
pupils visited v&a museum in london and lightworks in blackpool, looking at examples of sustainable design, archival illuminations designs and effective visual communication. printmaking, ceramics and drawing workshops culmiated in the collaborative design and the creation of large-scale prototypes for illuminated tableaux.
